HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 22, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference. The
complainant represented that it is proceeding with internal discussions regarding the
administrative citation. The complainant represented that it will contact the respondent with the
outcome of the discussions.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on August 30, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for their own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing.
