HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 6, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant has requested additional documentation to support respondent’s
recent settlement offer. Respondent’s attorney will relay the request to respondent, and
hopefully provide the documentation in the near future.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on May 8, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
