HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 19, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent sent written confirmation of the settlement agreement to petitioner,
and petitioner will be filing a motion to dismiss. If the motion to dismiss is received before the
next status conference, the meeting shall be cancelled with no further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 1:30 p.m. on October 18, 2005. The status call shall be initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this matter.
