HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 1, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties have reached a tentative settlement agreement.
When respondent’s technical unit approves the modified permit language, petitioner will
withdraw this appeal.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 1:30 p.m. on February 2, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
