HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On May 4, 2005, respondent filed a motion for extension of time to file the administrative

record until July 6, 2005. Respondent states that the parties anticipate settlement, and that the

record may not be needed. Petitioner’s attorney does not object to the motion. Accordingly, the

motion is granted.

The parties are reminded to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing

officer at 10:30 a.m. on June 28, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.

The decision deadline is currently October 20, 2005.
