HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 15, 2005, counsel for the respondents filed with the Clerk an “agreed order”
signed by both the respondents and the complainant. The agreed order requests that the
respondents be given an extension of time to June 24, 2005, to answer or otherwise plead. This
is the second extension of time sought by the respondents.
Respondents are granted an extension to and including June 24, 2005, to answer or
otherwise plead to the complaint.
The parties or their legal representatives are reminded that they were previously directed
to participate in a telephonic status conference with the Hearing Officer on July 14, 2005, at 9:30
a.m.
