HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 9, 2005, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. According to petitioner, this case centers around the
statutory interpretation of the provision pertaining to partial payments. Petitioner plans to file a
motion for summary judgment.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:30 a.m. on April 12, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
