HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 4, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties have reached a settlement agreement, and petitioner will file a
motion to dismiss when payment is received. Petitioner agreed to file an open waiver of the
decision deadline within the next seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on January 3, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline is currently March 17, 2006.
