HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 7, 2005, the parties requested cancellation of the hearing set for July 8, 2005.
Since the hearing officer has received by facsimile an additional waiver of the decision deadline
to April 4, 2006, the request is granted. The hearing continued to July 8, 2005 is cancelled.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on October 4, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
If petitioner moves to dismiss this case before October 4, 2005, the status conference shall be
cancelled with no further notice.
