HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 29, 2007, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, the parties have
reached a settlement agreement, and petitioner will file a motion to voluntarily dismiss when
payment is received. If the motion to dismiss has been filed, the next status conference shall be
cancelled with no further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on April 24, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
