HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On September 22, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the

hearing officer. Petitioner has tentatively accepted respondent’s final offer, but has requested a

letter from respondent confirming the terms. Respondent agreed to send the letter before the

next status conference.

The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing

officer at 3:00 p.m. on October 20, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the

petitioner.

The decision deadline is currently February 2, 2006.
