HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 23, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent has just made its final offer to petitioner’s attorney, who will
discuss the offer with petitioner. Petitioner agreed to file a 60-day waiver of the decision
deadline within the next seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on September 22, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
The decision deadline is currently December 1, 2005.
