HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On April 29, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the

hearing officer. Petitioner agreed to file a 65 day waiver of the decision deadline while the

parties negotiate a settlement.

The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing

officer at 11:30 a.m. on June 9, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.

The decision deadline is currently August 4, 2005.
