HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 13, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The respondent represented that it is awaiting a penalty demand from the
complainant. The respondent also represented that its consultant is preparing a report that will
be forwarded to the complainant for its review.
Finally, the parties were in agreement that the respondent’s registered agent was served
with the complainant on December 13, 2004. Therefore, respondent’s answer is due no later
than February 11, 2005.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on March 10, 2005, at 11:30 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
