    (UST Appeal)
ORDER OF THE BOARD (by T.E. Johnson):
This matter is before the Board on a petition filed by Henson Oil Co. (Henson) to review
an October 8, 2004 determination of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency). At
issue is the Agency’s rejection of Henson’s amended corrective action plan and budget for
Henson’s leaking underground petroleum storage tanks located at Old Highway 66 in McLean
    County.
On February 7, 2006, Henson filed a motion to voluntarily dismiss its appeal. In the
motion, Henson asserts that the matters for which the petition was filed have been fully
compromised and settled. Henson requests that the petition be dismissed with prejudice. The
motion is granted. The Board hereby dismisses the petition, and closes the docket.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, certify that the Board
adopted the above order on February 16, 2006, by a vote of 4-0.
    Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk
    Illinois Pollution Control Board
