HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 21, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties have reached a tentative agreement, and complainant will work on
the draft stipulation and settlement proposal.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on February 22, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
