HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 27, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic pre-hearing conference with
the hearing officer. The respondent made an oral motion for an extension of time to file its
recommendation in this matter. The petitioner had no objection. Respondent’s motion is
granted and its recommendation is now due to be filed on or before February 4, 2005. The
parties agreed that the petitioner intends present additional information at the February 24, 2005,
hearing through prefiled testimony and petitioner’s two witnesses sufficient for the
recommendation approval of the respondent. The petitioner’s pre-filed testimony is due on or
before February 17, 2005.
