    HEARING OFFICER WEBB: Good morning. My
    4 name is Carol Webb and I'm a hearing officer with the
    5 Pollution Control Board. This is PCB 05-73, City of
    6 Sullivan versus IEPA. It is 10:30 a.m. on October 28.
    7 I'll note for the record that there are no members of the
    8 public present. Also I told the parties that they did
    9 not need to be present.

    On October 24, 2005, petitioner's attorney
    11 requested a continuance of this hearing on the grounds
    12 that he had not received the administrative record.
    13 Respondent's attorney believed that the record had
    14 already been sent out and apologized for the error.
    15 Respondent's attorney had no objection to continuing the
    16 hearing. The request is granted and this hearing is
    17 continued until 10:30 a.m. on December 1, 2005. Thank
    18 you.
