HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 4, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent reports that the site should be cleaned by the end of November.
Complainant is still looking into possible supplemental environmental projects.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on December 1, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
