HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 20, 2004, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Due to illness, the hearing officer was unable to attend. As
last reported, the parties have started settlement negotiations.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on January 18, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
above-captioned matter.
