HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 18, 2005, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent called in advance to say that he would be unable to appear.
Complainant is developing a penalty demand in light of respondent’s financial information.
Additionally, supplemental environmental projects are being considered.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on April 19, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
above-captioned matter.
