HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 17, 2006, complainant participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. There are still compliance issues at
the site. Complainant is waiting for sampling results, and continues to work with
respondent on resolving the outstanding issues.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on April 17, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
