ORDER OF THE BOARD (by A.S. Moore):
On September 28, 2005, petitioner, Bunker Hill AMOCO, filed a motion to voluntarily
dismiss this underground storage tank (UST) appeal. The appeal concerns a decision of
respondent, the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency), rejecting a high priority
corrective action plan budget for Bunker Hill AMOCO’s leaking UST site. The site is located at
206 South Washington Street, in Bunker Hill, Macoupin County. In the motion to voluntarily
dismiss, Bunker Hill AMOCO states that it and the Agency have “resolved the issues in dispute.”
Motion at 1. The Board grants the motion and closes the docket.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, certify that the Board
adopted the above order on October 6, 2005, by a vote of 4-0.
