HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 24, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioners continue to decide the best manner in which to proceed with this
appeal, and agreed to file a deadline waiver to October 18, 2007, within the next seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on June 26, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioners.
The decision deadline is currently August 23, 2007.
