HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 18, 2004, a telephonic status conference was held. Respondent did not
appear. Complainant represented that respondent’s counsel will be filing a motion to withdraw
as counsel. Respondent is reminded that pursuant to Section 101.308 of the Board’s procedural
rules, it must be represented by an attorney licensed and registered to practice law. The
complainant represented that it may be filing a motion for summary judgment prior to the next
status conference.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on January 19, 2005, at 10:15 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
