HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 31, 2005, a telephonic status conference was held. Respondent did not appear.
Respondent is reminded that pursuant to Section 101.308 of the Board’s procedural rules, it must
be represented by an attorney licensed and registered to practice law. The complainant requested
that it be given time to review the file and prepare for hearing on the issue of remedy pursuant to
the March 3, 2005 Board order.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on April 21, 2005, at 1:30 p.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
