HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 19, 2005, a telephonic status conference was held. Respondent did not
appear. The respondent’s attorney is directed to file a motion to withdraw as counsel if he no
longer intends to represent the respondent. Respondent is reminded that pursuant to Section
101.308 of the Board’s procedural rules, it must be represented by an attorney licensed and
registered to practice law. The complainant represented that it may be filing a motion for
summary judgment within the next seven days.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on March 31, 2005, at 10:15 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
