HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 23, 2005, a telephonic status conference was held. Respondent did
not appear. The petitioner represented that the related enforcement matter in circuit court
is now on appeal and in the process of briefing. The respondent is still considering filing
a motion to stay this matter. The petitioner represented that it will file a waiver of the
statutory decision deadline.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on January 19, 2006, at 11:45 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing. If, however, a motion to dismiss is filed prior to the next status conference,
IT IS SO ORDERED.
