HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 29, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The petitioner represented that the related enforcement matter in circuit court is
now on appeal. The respondent is considering filing a motion to stay this matter prior to the next
status conference.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on November 23, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a motion to dismiss is
filed prior to the next status conference,
