HEARING OFFICER ORDER
A telephonic status conference was scheduled for July 14, 2005. The petitioner notified
the hearing officer that due to a scheduling conflict, it would not be able to participate. The
petitioner represented that it will file a 60-day waiver statutory decision deadline.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on September 29, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a motion to dismiss is
filed prior to the next status conference,
IT IS SO ORDERED.
