HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 1, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. In a related case, the parties will present an argument in circuit court on
September 26, 2005 to decide the enforceability of an alleged settlement agreement. The ruling
on that issue will affect the parties decision on how to proceed in the case before the Board.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on November 1, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
