HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 8, 2007, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. A hearing was set for April 18, 2007. If respondent
still plans to hire an attorney, his attorney should appear at the next telephone status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on March 6, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
