HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 22, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondents’ attorney is looking into supplemental environmental projects to
propose to complainant.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on October 26, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
