HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 20, 2004, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Due to illness, the hearing officer was unable to attend.
Complainant left a message that it will send respondent further information on work to be
performed at the site. The parties hope that this matter will settle without hearing.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:15 a.m. on January 20, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
above-captioned matter.
