HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 23, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney needs additional time to discuss settlement with
respondent.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:15 p.m. on July 26, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
