HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 3, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant’s inspector will speak to respondent again regarding which items
at the site need to be removed. The parties continue to work on settling this matter.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on April 26, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
