HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 20, 2005, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, complainant was
advising respondent of work to be performed at the site, and the parties were negotiating
settlement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:45 a.m. on March 3, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
