HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On November 17, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the

hearing officer. The investigator from the local public health department will reinspect the site,

and advise respondent of any further action required.

The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing

officer at 3:00 p.m. on January 13, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the

complainant. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the

above-captioned matter.
