HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 15, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent has almost finished cleaning up the site. The parties will discuss
terms of a proposed stipulation and settlement agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 3:00 p.m. on June 7, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the complainant.
