HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 1, 2007, complainant participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. By agreement, the complainant’s responses to the respondent’s
pleadings, filed January 16, 2007, are now due to be filed by February 13, 2007. It is
noted that the hearing officer has enclosed a copy of the Board’s procedural rules with
this mailing.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
pre-hearing conference with the hearing officer on March 29, 2007, at 12:00 p.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
