HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 30, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that discovery is completed and requested that this
matter proceed to hearing. The parties were given the dates of October 16 through October 19,
2006, October 30 through November 2, 2006, December 4 through December 7, 2006, and
December 18, 19, and 20, 2006, as possible hearing dates. The parties were directed to inform
the hearing officer of their preferred dates at the next telephonic status conference.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on September 14, 2006, at 1:30 p.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
