HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 14, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. Due to a consolidation issue, this matter was continued to the date and time noted
below. At the next telephonic status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the
consolidation issue. The hearing officer will also request a witness list from the complainant and
set a pre-hearing motion schedule, including but not limited to, motions-in limine.
