HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 17, 2007, a telephonic status conference was held. The respondent
did not appear. The complainant represented that the stipulation and proposal for
settlement (stipulation) was forwarded to the respondent approximately 30 days ago for
its signature and is awaiting its return.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on October 18, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing. If, however, a stipulation is filed prior to the next status conference, the
conference will be cancelled without further notice.
