HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 27, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties have reached an agreement on the major issues of this appeal, and
have scheduled a meeting for late March to discuss the remaining technical issues.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on April 24, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
