HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 10, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties have reached an agreement, and complainant is
preparing a stipulation. If the proposed agreement is filed with the Board before the next
status conference, the meeting shall be cancelled with no further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on January 8, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
