HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 26, 2007, the parties informed the hearing officer that they continue to
review discovery documents and that they are awaiting multiple rulings from the federal
court on a related matter.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on June 27, 2007, at 9:30 a.m. The status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be
prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing.
