HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 24, 2008, the parties submitted an agreed discovery schedule. The
discovery schedule is accepted to the extent as follows. The parties must file any motion
for leave to amend the pleadings on or before April 17, 2008. Proponent must disclose
the identity of its expert witness and accompanying report, if any, on or before June 2,
2008. Opponent must disclose the identity of its expert witness and accompanying
report, if any, on or before July 2, 2008. Both parties must disclose the identity of any
rebuttal expert on or before July 25, 2008. All discovery must be completed on or before
August 29, 2008.

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on June 12, 2008, at 9:00 a.m. The status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be
prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing.
