HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 16, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The Cairo city council has not discussed this matter in an executive
session. There is going to be a change in the city administration later this month along
with a change to respondent’s legal representation. Complainant will discuss this matter
with respondent when the transition is complete.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on July 16, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
