HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 17, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Complainant received revised settlement language from the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency, and will send the proposal to respondent for review.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 1:30 p.m. on April 21, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
