HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 30, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties are optimistic that a settlement has been reached and that a
stipulation and proposal for settlement (stipulation) has been reviewed. Aside from a minor
language issue, the parties anticipate that the stipulation will be filed prior to the next status
conference.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on August 25, 2005, at 11:15 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a stipulation is filed
prior to the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled without further order.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
